Return Policy

We hope you love our products. But in case you don't, whether the style or the color isn't for you, we are happy to issue a refund for your order.

Items must be in new and original condition with original packaging and tags. Items should be unworn, undamaged, unaltered and odor-free.
Items that are missing packaging and tags, and/or showing signs of being worn, damaged, altered and/or having odor will be returned at the customer's expense.
Items must be sent back within 10 days of receiving delivery of your order.
$8.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for a pre-paid return shipping label.

Return Process

Visit the Returns Center to start your return.
Input your order number and email address.
Select item(s) you would like to return.
Select a reason for return from the dropdown.
Submit your return.
A shipping label will be sent to your email address.
Package the return item(s) in a box and attach the shipping label to ship it back to us.

We will begin to process your refund within 2 to 3 business days after receiving the return package and will refund the amount to the original payment method.
